Q. How do I claim my refund if I'm not satisfied?
A. To claim your full 100% refund, simply contact me,
within 60 days of ordering, asking for the refund and including your name, e-mail address
and order number.
If you don't have the order number anymore,
just send me a message containing your name, address, e-mail address and the approximate
date when you ordered the book. I'll get working on having your money repaid in full to
your credit-card account right away.
You're not obliged to tell me why you want
a refund, but your comments and criticisms are always welcome.
